This 30 minute myofascial release treatment is only for pre-existing clients.

A sports massage will help you maintain tip-top shape for your particular athletic endeavor!  Generally both faster paced and deeper than relaxation massage, and includes joint mobilization, trigger point therapy, and various compression and stretching techniques.

The Tidal Wave is an Esalen-inspired full body Swedish Massage that incorporates long flowing strokes, kneading, percussion, vibration and friction strokes to achieve a deep state of relaxation in your body.

“Don’t your hands get tired?” - I’m asked this all the time when people find out I’m a massage therapist.  Of course the answer is no, because I know how to use my body to make massage powerful, effective and safe. And you can too!

In this 2-hour private class, you and your loved one will learn the basics of Swedish massage, including how to stand, move your body, hand positions and massage strokes. Each participant receives 45 minutes of individual instruction to perform a Swedish massage on the entire back of the body. 

You’ll be amazed and what you can do and both of you will feel great at the end of this fun and engaging workshop! Makes a great bonding experience, especially for Valentine’s day or birthdays or anniversaries!
